They make me pay for two internets just to have extended internet to my barn. $300 plus a month just for INTERNET. I don't even have cable, can't afford it! Customer service reps are generally very nice but there is one woman who is so rude. I asked a question and she literally read the statement from the top of my bill to me like I was illiterate and unintelligent.

Go during the week and you get a friendly and fast service, they help you get the best plan for the money. As a cable provider they suck but thanks to the lobbies we have no choice...

Here to help out my mother-in-law and pick up some equipment for her and while I was there the lady who helped me was very very helpful and pleasant to deal with I don't know what else I can say about this place because it is just an internet service provider I mean it's not like you go here often and I can't say if they have the best prices or worse prices cuz I really don't know but I will say that the lady that helped me was very pleasant if you want to go there and pay your bill or check on something and you're in the area it's worth stopping in

Just get internet service and an Amazon Firestick. Then order whatever streaming services you want to watch so as not to waste time or money.
Hopefully there will be at least one other company out here to compete with them. They are the only game in town, unfortunately.
go online TV, such as youtube tv, sling........a lot of choices...just need a good SMART tv, the only way to put them out of business is don't subscribe. Use their Internet service only.
If you arrive by 9am you should be good. 4pm you might have an hr left to play with.
My NBCSN channel is working fine.
You can purchase a better modem, and not rent it from the company, but you also have to check with the the speed you're paying for.
