Had great service with manger Teresa and my waitress was Amber who was very attentive but yet allowed me to eat my meal in peace. The service was fine, food came quicker than I expected. My meal was exactly what I ordered. Was even asked to cut my steak so I was satisfied as to the way I ordered it. My overall experience was great. The first time I went to the Columbus Red Lobster, but I will visit very soon. Columbus Indiana

The portions were a lot smaller than a year ago, with prices being much higher. Service was not the best and the servers apron looked like it had not been laundered in weeks. We had a gift card and the balance we paid in cash and the server did not give us our change back.

We have always had robust quality assurance and safety standards in place and continue to follow guidance set by the CDC as well as our Total Quality and Food Safety Team. As a result of COVID-19, we have reinforced our standards and added new preventative steps, including all employees wearing masks or face coverings, everyone completing a wellness check, including a temperature check, upon arrival to work and frequent use of disinfectant. For our guests, in addition to providing hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant, we are also minimizing touch points, including single-use menus and QR code-enabled menus and pay-at-the-table technology.
To place a catering order, click “Catering” on our website or call the restaurant directly. Red Lobster Rewards members may also order catering by using the My Red Lobster Rewards App to connect online or calling the number indicated on the app. We partner with ezCater’s delivery team to fulfill catering delivery orders.
