Waited 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment, but they kept putting the people buying new tires in front of me. I complained, and even offered to do the work myself. Luckily I had the morning off. Other people in a similar spot had to call off work, or were told to leave and come back in the afternoon. We all had appointments. I asked about enough workers, the manager said there were plenty. Why were so many of us scheduled for the same day and then made to wait so long. I had complained about one tire(new, purchased from Belle) that was leaking. When I asked about it, they said that no leaks were found. The tire is still leaking, adding 5 pounds of pressure at home, weekly. Would not recommend Belle based upon my experience.

I won't go anywhere else. Only place I have gone and not felt like I was being talked down to, or taken advantage of. I bought 4 tires from Tire Barn, and for MONTHS they were telling me my TPMS sensor was faulty, it wasn't the tires or the technician. I finally brought my car into Belle Tire, and they fixed my month long struggle within a day. That sensor Tire Barn swore was faulty hasn't come on since I went to Belle Tire. Highly recommend this place!

Frustrating experience working with this belle tire. I took my vehicle to have a leaking tire looked at several times and EVERY time they called to say they fixed the the wrong tire! After correcting them on the phone as to which tire was the issue, they say the correct tire is now fixed and it’s ready to be picked up. As soon as I walk up to the vehicle I can visibly see the tire is flat after they “fixed” it and the low tire light is still showing on the dash in the car… this exact same experience has happened so many times at this store. I would rather pay extra to have it fixed correctly than have to air up my tire every two days… I appreciate how friendly everyone is but as a tire store you would think the protocol would be to check all the tire pressures. So frustrating as I bought my tires here and the tire has been leaking ever since and no one at the store can seem to fix it.

Kenny is amazing. He got me in and out as fast as he could amidst a super busy day with constant traffic, completely fixing my tire that got a giant nail in it. I was running late for an important meeting, so he put me to the top of the queue. It was, without exaggeration, one of the kindest moments I’ve ever experienced in my life from the retail or service industry. Kenny has gained a life long customer - and I sincerely mean that. THANK YOU for the awesome experience. I’ll be going here for all my future needs.

You can also sign up for their "rewards" program and they send coupons all the time. Always really wonderful service. Agreed, Kenny is the one to see!
