My 100 year old father has been in Charter for a couple of months and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care he is being given. The Director, Ms.Cole, is extremely knowledgeable and very caring in her role. She and her staff treat everyone like how they would want to be treated. You can’t ask for more than that! Please don’t let the negative comments send you away. I highly recommend Charter!

I do not know how this place got any 5 stars. People think their family is good in here but don't realize its always one staff person to 10-15 residents. Sometimes maybe two people. So you have to understand your people are being overlooked honey. Most times they don't get showered unless they tell staff the family is coming in. They mistreat staff and all I could do was worry about the residents when I was there. The residents made me stay a little longer than I should have. You put your people in here well good Luck with that.
