This was the first time coming to this restaurant. We had a 30 minute wait, I was hoping the food was worth it. We received a text message letting us know our table was ready, we got to our seat and place our order. The food came out pretty quick, and looked good. We ordered: appetizer: Fried Green Tomatoes - Main dish: Catfish, greens and Mac ( this was the sides that came with it). No seasoning on the Fried Green Tomatoes, Greens had a LOT of large stems, and the Mac & Cheese was over cooked. Then, to top it off the pop/soda was a small Mason jar with NO refills.

I haven't been to Flavors in years and decided to go because I remembered the food being delicious. Unfortunately that wasn't the case this time. When I entered I was welcomed but when I started to ask questions thats when things changed. I asked about a take out menu, I was told I had to go online. I asked if their was a menu I could view in person, I was told its on the wall, then she left. A server came to take my order and I noticed I was overcharged. I had to wait until the manager was out of a meeting to get my refund . I ordered the cajun chicken wings dinner. The chicken was crunchy but flavorless. No seasoning. The greens were full of large stems and the mac & cheese was overcooked macaroni with some kind of non homemade cheese sauce with shredded cheese on top. Wont be going back. Couldn't even make the dinner taste better with hot sauce. Waste of money. Was only able to eat 2 wings cause I was really hungry.

I initially rated Flavor a few years ago. I eat here quite frequently. I dined in 11/28 and had breakfast. It was delicious as usual. I ordered salmon croquettes, eggs with cheese, and loaded shrimp and grits. The only thing I would change had nothing to do with the food. The music was a bit much for 10/11 am on a Sunday. They were playing all rap. I would suggest something a bit more mellow. Again, my food was delicious as always and so was my mimosa.

Amazing customer service. The menu selections are almost TOO good.. took me 15min to decide what I wanted because literally everything sounded good! Food was bomb. Customer service was impeccable. Samuel and Legend were awesome. Ambiance was a VIBE vibe. Can’t wait to come back.
