The chicken is so yum, yum!! I prefer to get the sauce on the chicken and fries rather than on the side. This particular location in Hazel Crest has had a system in place since covid restrictions allowed businesses to re-open. No one is allowed inside. Instead, we place our orders by phone, pull up to the front to pay and then park to wait on our food. Cash only!

Im from Texas and Drive Trucks. My company is a few miles up the road. All I've heard is you have to Try Harold's Chicken. So guess what im in the area and OMW. Me and another driver pulls up get thinking we are about to walk in and order but I notice calls lined up. So my thoughts is COVID PROTOCOLS. So we swing back around get in line. Next car up and wonder why this young guy keep looking at Us crazy (smh). So my coworker is like "Man that sign say call your order in". So I call and get back out of line get placed on Hold. The Lady comes back on the line and you can hear the Attitude on her voice. She like 1 ticket per order WHAT DO YALL WANT and hurry up We Busy. Wow!!!!! We order instead of leave at this point. Get back in line to pull back up and the young kid say CASH ONLY ad Walk Off Lock rhe Door and Never came back Out. I promise you I don't care How Good the chicken is I Aint NEVER COMING BACK. This is the Most Hood Customer Services I have Ever Encountered. Straight Trash!!!!!!

They're doing call a head orders then bringing it to your car. Food was fresh and hot. Chicken is the bomb. However, the Perch, Okra, and Fries could have used some seasoning. But overall it's good I'd eat here again

I love their food which is fresh and hot and the food is good. My only issue with this Harold’s is ordering the food. It shouldn’t be this difficult to place a order. I attempted to call over twenty minutes before someone answered. Need to take care of that issue. Also, cash only is a inconvenience but a inconvenience I can live with as long as the food is good. I would say though, phone orders and cash only is losing them a lot of customers.
