Hi. I went to Back In Action Therapy. I started with the manager Brian. He told me I will walk out of there without my walker or cane. Brian gave me so much confidence. He made me feel like family. He leads by example. I guess that's why the therapist there really care for you at Back in Action. They have great compassion there. Every one of them want you to succeed. They act like family. They want you to get your quality of life back. They have so much compassion for you to succeed. My opinion othe people that work there includ including sandy at the front desk. These are classy people who love there job. I think everyone of them are miracle workers. Do yourself a favor and go to the place for therapy and get your quality of life back. Ron Merrifield.

Back in Action Plantation: What not to like?! I signed up for the first time four weeks after an arthroscopic shoulder surgery. It has been already a little over two months and not only I daily feel the improvement in my shoulder mobility and strength, but I also feel the passion and commitment from the entire staff and specially from my therapist to whom I have to say thank you for so much dedication and guidance. I won’t find any other therapy clinic have I the need for physical rehab again!

The back end of a business is just as important as the front and that can change a customer experience from inside out. And because of that I will not recommend this one. But if your one of the lucky ones not to experience it or be affected by it you're lucky.
