Get ready to spend hours waiting to be seen , they overbook and has every one waiting for hours, best believe if they gave you a specific appointment time there are at least 10 others with the same appointment time. I can honestly say this place has the Worse customer service I have ever witness, the lady that answers the phone automatically puts u on hold and doesn’t even come back I waited 30 minutes on hold and ended Up hanging up. The quality of care is sub par to be honest just look else where , save ur self the stress

Whatever you do, do not go here. Incompetence at its finest. I went here because I’m 12 weeks pregnant and I went to the ER because I had food poisoning. Come to find out baby heartbeat stopped. They told me to wait a few days and go to my OB and have them recheck. So I went. The doctor ended up going into hospital to do deliveries and the NUrse Practitioner REFUSED TO SEE ME. Mind u I was having a response as if I had an infection. And I was fearful I was maybe filling up with blood. I felt like I was about to pass out. The Nurse practitioner said and I quote “I don’t want to do a ultrasound because what if I miss something”. As a Nurse myself I’ve never heard of anything more ridiculous. A Nurse Practitioner is a DOCTOR. And is able to write prescriptions in the state of Florida. And she CHOSE not To provide care to me knowing my situation. She told me she can not make decisions. She had my hospital ultrasound report in her hands and chose to neglect my needs. I say in that office for 2 hours. Eventually I just told them I would figure it out on my own after someone said they would speak to her again. In my face after I said can you just check for blood she said “ok” she walked away and then the manager came back to me and said she doesn’t feel comfortable. Literally all she had to do is check reconfirm no heart beat see if anything other issues and decide if I’m waiting this out to happen naturally since it’s already been 3 weeks or if I need to take medicine to help things along. For a person who does sonograms daily I’m fearful for everyone they touch in that office. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. Cuz I will NEVER return there. I am currently in the hospital. I almost died. Thanks a lot Galen OB!!!!

Called to ask if I could speak with the doctor concerning the medication prescribed by my PCP as my PCP told me to speak with my OB to make sure it wouldn’t be detrimental to my unborn child since we have discovered that I am pregnant and receptionist at Dr. Murray’s office told me I couldn’t get advise from the doctor until I have a prenatal check up. Yet the meds I take keeps me from dying as well. The receptionist is falsely giving information and if I continue to take these meds and something happens to my baby I could sue for the false info given. 18years of being with this dr. And still treated as a nobody no matter how much of an emergency it maybe. Dr. Murray is a good Dr. but his staff needs training
