Don’t believe anything they say over the phone, always get everything in writing. This is my first and last time going to Avis. However The car was beat up and disgusting. The previous renter did not bring the vehicle back on A full tank and they tried charge me for it. I was gonna being running late and called to let them know. He told me no problem, but when I got there he charged me for an additional day.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Trying to get out of town to see family and they run us 8n circle and jump through hoops and I still can't get the Rental!!!
