I generally go to Hangers but the one close to me closed down. I was not sure about the others but heard good things about this place. I brought a clerical shirt that was a gift and I got it back covered in lint and other fabric particles and worst of all, it had creases all over it. I took it to a Hangers I had not used before and they got most of the creases out. Clerical shirts and other clothing are costly and generally start around $50 and up. For this shirt to have been a gift and now possibly be ruined breaks my heart and get's my blood hot. I'll have to be desperate to come back.

Extremely poor customer service and poor quality of work. I have been there before and never had a problem. I specified heavy starch on three garments and pointed out specific stains on a shirt and requested removal of them. When I went to pick up the garments there was no starch and the stains were still there. I asked them to redo it and when I went to pick it up to day they were starched but the stains were still there. I tried to talk to the young lady behind the counter but she wouldn't have any of it. I took the garments home and hand washed my newly starched shirt and the stains came right out. Her attitude was very offensive to me personally. She ignored me when I tried be specific. I had to make 2 trips to get my dry cleaning and it still was not done correctly I will never go back there again.
