After 30 years of dealing with janitor companies, this one is the absolute WORST! They never gave a quality clean and were very shady in their record keeping. I do not recommend anyone using them. Ralph is crooked.

HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Read below for my experience. I'm a young entrepreneur and was looking to start a franchise with the Stratus team. I was directed to Ralph who is one of the head guys in charge and he sat me down and we conversated on the next steps. Everything went well up to this point. Then came the next steps. I told him I had my own contracts pending and that I needed them for additional support so that I didn't have to deal with certain aspects like billing and admin. I had to wait a two week time frame for legal issues, which is perfectly fine, but when the two weeks were up, the chase began. Left voice-mails that were never responded to and called many times, only to be met by his voice-mail. A month went by with no answer. Keep in mind, I have potential clients waiting on me to get set up so they can sign. I ended up having to go personally, check to start a franchise in hand, and he lied to me saying he was catching up on the days he missed (I have been calling throughout the week and was told he went out to lunch, stepped out for a sec, or he's in the office). I was told I was gonna receive a call the next day. The next day came and once again no call and when I called, it was dodged and sent to voice-mail. Went to the office personally and the same old story of trying to catch up on his work. After over a month of my first phone call (the very first time i called was late December) I just said forget it, I don't even want to do business with you anymore. I was warned about this with them and after reading reviews I saw that others have also experienced this. I feel like I dodged a bullet cause if this was the experience of me trying to GIVE THEM business, I can't imagine what it must be like to BE IN business with them. My time was wasted, my contracts are in jeopardy, and the level of unprofessionalism is astounding. I felt like I had to beg them to give them business and I received nothing but empty promises and words. Definitely not recommended, look elsewhere and save yourself the time and stress. Smh

I visited the site after one of the reps called to get the footage of our church for a quote and he was rude and elusive as I asked questions about the services... After I wrote the above review I received a call from the owner and he was very nice and helpful. He addressed each question and concern. It was a miscommunication and all is great!

Ralph was so easy to work with. We called him at the spur of the moment to spray our church. He came out the next day. We felt the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again and would recommend them. Very professional.
