Ordered pizza and my sister ordered brownies both at 9:00 way before they close which was at 10:30. My sister was served cookies in a pack and was not cooked. And was told the brownies come frozen and just have to be put in the microwave.Never visiting this location again save your money and go somewhere else.

Usually love this location, but seriously can’t even get cooked breadsticks. So mushy and disgusting!

HORRIBLE!!! The Owner/Franchisee should have this taken away. Haf hour to get 2 pizzas, 1 crazy bread and 1 stuffed crazy bread. Make no sense because customers walked in and got pizza and crazy bread no problem but I had to wait. Employees hated working.

If you get your pizzas after waiting for 2 hours after ordering on the app, they will be overcooked. So overcooked even they can't tell you the difference between cheese or sausage. Handwritten note on door stating "Online orders only" Poor customer service and no organization.

It's definitely possible that they were having phone trouble. You don't know how every single phone system operates, so you can't assume anything. Obviously they were open and were there to give you an explanation. Not like they locked the doors and tried to hide from you. They have no reason to bs you, so why not accept the reason and not jump to silly conclusions? And really, as long as they were open and you got the pizza you went in for, what difference do their phones make?

They encourage social distancing, have limited number of guests inside at one time, and have pizza portals where you can pick up touch free via bar code through your phone.
