Staff were super nice & very accommodating. My 2 star goes towards the quality of our stay. We spent 2 nights & I found so much cleanliness issues. Our pillow cases were stained & staff was kind to replace the pillow cases. The carpet was left with crumbs & asked nicely for the room to be vacuumed with no issues from staff. The bathroom was the biggest issue. I found mold on the door frame inside of the bathroom. The wallpaper is peeling & the paint was chipping off the mirror. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner & soap dispensers were empty. They have small complimentary items but all were the same, just conditioner. Overall, great staff not so good quality of cleaning services. I do not recommend this Holiday Inn & we stay consistent with staying in IHG hotels.

Nasty hotel. All the towels was dirty in the bathroom with stains on them. First room we was put in the air didn’t work. Second room we was put in there was old pizza sitting on top of the fridge and beer left in it. The hall ways are littered with trash and candy wrappers. I have never been to a more badly run hotel. Employees up front talking about quitting and arguing over other employees not showing up for work while I was trying to check in. This place is nasty. I wouldn’t stay here another night if it was free.

Positive: Location was perfect for my event. The breakfast bar was excellent. Negative: The rooms were outdated. There was serious upgrades needed to the bathroom facilities. I had to report the hair dryer attached to the wall, because it almost started on fire during my usage.

I just want to say this staff is amazing! I had to book with them last minute because a previous booking at another hotel was horrible. Demetrius at the front desk was so welcoming and willing to help figure everything out. I had to book multiple rooms for other family because we were their for a funeral. Any questions we had Regina was on it with an answer and resolution. They allowed my family to have a small meet and greet in the lounge area. I’m forever grateful for how they cared for us during a very emotional time. IHG need more workers like them world wide. I will always stay here when I’m in town
