Warning warning warning warning warning!!!!!! We have been spending approximately $2,000 a year for the last 10 years somewhere in the ballpark of about 20,000 maybe more with this particular store not to mention our company is in the city of Crestwood today we spent and this is more personal not about the money it's about good business. We bought the wrong cartridge for our printer They refuse to take it back because it was opened they said that they will take a loss which means they don't care about you the customer they only care about their bottom line. The cashier was very rude very rude couldn't make a decision went to the manager the manager came out she was more ruder than the person there I would highly recommend to go to a different place
