I can't believe how rude management is at this location. I usually go to the one on 95th in Evergreen Park so thought this one would be similar. I won't make that mistake again as I will never return here. I guess it's time to check out Staples.

Only way to fix it:
Make sure you get the manager name, and employee name and hold them accountable to corporate.
While it may be a bit of a drive? The Orland Park location is TOOO LEGIT.

I don't generally have a problem but I understand your point: the staff here is not the friendliest nor are they helpful.
