Dr ruiz good doctor knows her stuff. I really don't care for trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone, for how expensive it is get people dedicated phones been back and forth doctor office and prescription place 3 to 4 times can not get office to get me a prescription will be looking new doctor

THE WORSE SERVICE. Stay away. My doctor never worked past 130 so I had to take a day off work to go. She would spend 3mins with me and I'm on my way. When I would attempt to make appointments when I was on break from work she would cancel them. Over 6 times she canceled. Then it would take me longer to get an appointment because she canceled and was booked up. On top of going to this doctor for over 3yrs they decided to tell me that they will no longer take my insurance. WORSE medical practice I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY.
