Check online, for the most part it might be the same. Always try on in store though because the sizes run so small, sale items are final sale.

If you place an order online it’ll ship to your home, you have to pay for shipping. If you have the Forever 21 Credit Card, it’ll ship to your home free or you can order online in the store. They can have your merchandise sent to the store for free, and you come in and pick it up.

You have to be presentable, to be able to keep your section organized and clean, prevent loss by acknowledging every customer within moments of them coming into the store and generally just be kind and friendly. It's pretty easy. It's an entry level job so anyone can pretty much work there.
