Everyone complains about how much time you have to wait for service at Spectrum - even me. I received excellent service from Matt. He was professional and able to help me, answer my questions and quickly resolve my problems. He advised my how to save money and get the services I needed. This 5 Star rating is for Matt. Spectrum as a company needs to make their processes more streamlined to help customers more efficiently.

The personnel were kind competent and human, the Spectrum mainframe, now that's a different story at an hour and a half plus, makes you wonder about high speed and bandwidth. 🙃🙃🙃

I was told no for over 4 years and had tried at least once a year. It's why I dropped the service and only use them for internet.
Spectrum is awful service more items for u to loose and replace and use batteries for service that barely works and they are rude service
