Stacy is NO DOUBT the powerhouse of all of my interactions with Mountain Time rentals. She is the best, very responsive and helpful. Our stay was amazing, clean and comfortable. The Greeley property was smack in the middle of everything and perfect in every way. I would recommend dealing with Mountain Time Rentals with any of their properties. I will use them on my next Vacation and if they have anything available in the city where I'm headed, that will be where you would find me... Ernesto

The little carriage house was perfect for three of us and our dog! It was a bonus to have a private entrance and offstreet parking that was well lit so we always felt safe. The location is great… An easy walk to a coffee shop, amazing bakery, restaurants and the UNC campus. We enjoyed walking our dog on the campus and appreciated that every dog we saw was either on leash, or under strict control of its owner. This is important to us so that all dogs and their people stay safe. Overall a great stay!!

We recently stayed on Minuteman Drive near Horsetooth Res, the location is just perfect. Super close within a 10 minute walk or just a few minute drive to the inlet, the trailhead is a minute up the street which is awesome. The house was well stocked, loved that they had some laundry soap, bathroom even had shampoo/conditioner and makeup wipes. The kitchen had many seasonings, coffee and coffee maker, dish soap/dishwashing detergent, even had ice made up for us already. They also have an inflatable tube, some folding chairs and a bike in the garage which is a nice touch for going down to the reservoir. The house was well decorated and a cute mix of modern but rustic, the sheets and comforter were super soft and all of us mentioned how nice they were. Also appreciated the individual AC units in each room it was perfect for our mix of people who some like it cold and some like it warmer and the owners even kindly had little dishes of mints and earplugs which made it feel oh so special. We also were happy to have a large enough table to all sit together for dinner. The wrap around deck is just amazing to see both the foothills and the red cliffs, they had propane as well which was helpful and multiple chairs on deck. The owner answered all my questions ahead of time and helped us make sure we were well prepared for everything needed as well for adapting to what was needed for my brother with a disability. Everything went very smooth, we got multiple messages at check in and departing along with departure notes which was just perfect and easy to accommodate. We would most certainly stay here again.

Mountain Time has every facet of property management dialed in. As a homeowner, I feel VERY informed about everything that happens, from repairs, to bookings, to revenue, etc. The online portal is so fantastic to keep track of it all. The team is on the ball, professional, and I really could not be happier.
