Misdiagnosis of problem. Long wait for actual repair even after part arrived. Turned out not to be the problem part. Technicians not uniformly trained or experienced. Will never buy a Sears product again or consider their repair company for another job.

We had a negative experience with SAR. The technician arrived early and was under the impression that the main ticket was for dishwasher repair and we only paid for a dishwasher clean and maintenance. The main ticket was related to a CO leak on our oven. Despite my consistent explanations regarding the priority of the oven, the technician took over 90 minutes on his phone ordering a piece for a dishwasher that I did not approve. He finally took care of the oven issue once my husband arrived and never actually cleaned and maintained the dishwasher. Very disappointing.

It takes a long time to get to a real person and then they can't really help you without charging for a consult. Takes about 10 days to get someone out to your house.
