It was a very nice store with good parking and the employee we interacted with was a very nice and friendly and she double checked that each of the shoes in the pair we bought were the correct size that we wanted to buy. It wasn’t too busy but there were a few customers. I would recommend this shoe store to anybody in the Valparaiso area.

I have been coming to shoe carnival in Valpo for 6 7 years and never had a bad experience but this visit was exceptional. Not sure on spelling but noelle helped me find the right shoe and went out of her way to help me multiple times in 1 visit.
