*I come from a maintenance background for reference* These guys will once hope to achieve hackartist level. The guys who showed up have been working at Kent for 30+ years, argued and insulted each other and questioned what the other one even did (because they weren't working at any real speed, job took double of what was expected and triple of what a skilled tech should be able to do it in)and are still entry level techs that you would get out of highschool. Will it work, yes, but absolutely nothing with be straight, level, or accessible by the time they are done. Anything other than manufactured units will be the cheapest thing they can get ahold of in an attempt to make it look like some backwoods hillbilly in 2nd grade installed it in the dark.

I can highly recommend Kent for your heating and air conditioning. Last month they were the only company who told and explained why my 23 year old furnace and air conditioner was undersized for my 2,100 sq ft home. Total replacement of furnace, air conditioner, thermostat and ductwork modification for new efficient air cleaning filter ( good for a year). They had all the data for my installation filled out for the Nipsco rebate application I sent in which was helpful. Two day job, the technicians had the time to install with craftsmanship. Installation looks great system works great.
