My wife called to place an order for my medicine while I was at work over the phone. Was placing the order and said she'd need curbside because our kids were with her. The woman on the phone was rude with her and refused to provide curbside service because of our kids and hung up on her. Wow. Customer service much? What's the point in curbside then? Many other great places in Bay City. Don't waste your time on this joint.

Jason was my budtender and he did such a great job. In my humble opinion this is the best dispensary in Bay City for customer service, quality product and price.

I stopped at green pharm to grab some Wax and Gummies. Everything went normal till the end. After I checked out the manager followed me out and repermand me for tipping the bud tender. She actually followed me outside handed me back the tip that I gave the budtender. She really went and took the tip away and gave it back to me with a nasty attitude. I'm glad there are other dispensaries cause this place just lost a costume.

Sent back and was helped by the lovely Matthew, now I only came to purchase 1 item but he made such great points I had to get a couple extra items....
