Unfortunately they couldn't take my medical card because I did not have a printed one from my state and they were unable to type in my number and look me up like in my state. I was bummed I had to shop rec. but still did and then went over budget but my bud tender Cortes was very nice and helpful. He helped me pick out good items & get something within my budget. It would be five stars but only once they update their system to include looking up out of state patients by their i.d number.

Dispo does sell THC oil in the form of tinctures as well as distillates and topicals. Prices vary, but tend to be lower than other dispensaries in the city.
You get all your paperwork to send in at the Rabbit Hole but you dont get your card until you follow the directions and mail it. You have a paper that acts as your card until it comes in the mail.

If you're speaking of a cash donation as modicum of gratitude I'm sure they would accept. However if you're speaking about a donation as a way of payment for products I'm guessing no. It's ok to "purchase" marijuana now as the state taxes it so a donation for payment is no longer necessary. Hope this answers your question.
