Was looking for a place to grab dinner. Saw on maps they are open til 11pm. Saw a car at the window when I pulled up cool. Pull up to order and wait a few minutes and no one greets me to take my order. Pull up to the pick up window and there’s a sign indicating temporary hours. At the pick up window. Not on podium where you order or hanging on the drive thru menu - the places you first see when going to a drive thru. But instead it’s only posted on the last place you would see.

They only have #1-#5, but they don't tell you this until you actually order. They also had no ice, no syrup you had to go next door to the gas station. the burger was slightly undercooked.. just a bunch of lazy, nobody cares. When this place first opened up it was amazing. They had a shipment come in but it was too late to prep.. but they didn't close for another hour. lazy excuses. If they weren't busy they all went on break so every time new people came up to order the person would yell in the back hey we got customers... Don't you get a 15 minute break every few hours and a 30 minute lunch?? It's not just the workers that are bad it's the management that's hiring anyone.

18 mins just to get someone to take my order. There’s 5 people behind me . The cashier was taking 1 order at a time then leaving the register to put drive thru orders together. I get you short staffed but this is lack of proper customer service. There was multiple people in the kitchen plus 2 workers in the drive thru. Drivers can’t afford to wait that long just to order plus the 25 mins till we get our food .

We ordered the bacon hamburgers and all 3 burgers were missing the hamburger patty, the bad thing is we only realized after we got home. When we got our order they were missing the fries so we had to go and ask for them. Most of the time we go there they take forever to get our order.
