Pathetic staff from management down. I understand this location is handling a big volume as far as Elkhart goes but they move slower than the flow of pond water. 5 to 6 employees and half are leaning against the counter with their thumb up their butts. I would highly recommend that you spend the extra minutes and visit another location. You will save yourself 30 minutes of waiting for someone to male your sandwhich. You will also save yourself the headache. I left after about the 10th horrible experience without my food. Got in my truck, placed an order again for the toledo road location for a 6:15 pick up. Ended up getting my order within 10 minutes of placing and made it home by 6:15 . I don't understand what this location's issues are.
