They have one bedroom and a family room and the couch is a pullout. It is good for napping just if you planned staying over night make sure to bring some extra padding for the pull out. The bedroom comes with a king size mattress that's very comfortable. 1 bed 1 couch/pullout bed 2 tvs Thee is only 1 vending machine and ice machine in the hotel and its on the 3rd floor.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The rooms were great, very clean. Quiet atmosphere and Loved the layout of the rooms too. Very friendly and family feeling. Anything you need, the staff are all happy to help. If we come back to Grand Rapids we will definitely be staying here. They made us all feel like home.

This was a very nice Best Western. It appears to have been recently renovated and was done tastefully. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'm not really a fan of the functionality of the barn door bathroom door, as it doesn't actually completely close, though it sure looked nice. I just think a bathroom door should completely close while in use.

Worst hotel customer service I've ever encountered. I tried cancelling a reservation both online and via phone call, and they claimed it was impossible to do so and stole my money. Definitely would not recommend doing business with them.
