I received a text to confirm that I was had a follow-up. When I received the text, it didn't have a name on it or an address. I had to search to find out who it came from. After having done that and checking in I arrived at the office and registered. My appointment was 8:25 and I arrived and signed in at 8:15 am. After sitting there until 9:03, the receptionist calls me up to get some information. In the process of which she tells me that "you are in the wrong building". She points out the door and tells me it is in the other building. I walk across the lot and do not see a patients entrance. I have to go back and ask the receptionist again for directions. She then tells me it is in the other end of the building.i Wal to that end and sign in at this desk. The receptionist asks me my name, I give her the info and she tells me to wait a minute. She then comes back and tells me that they can't get me in and that they will have to reschedule me. I walked out. How arrogant. As if my time is worth nothing. I was never given directions, an address or even the name in the text message. I have patients that I need to see also. If they are late for an appointment and it is my fault, it is also my responsibility to fix it. Not to reschedule it at my convenience. That is partly what is wrong with health-care today. I think doctors lostreat patients of what their role is and how to treat patients. I will not go back. I want to see a doctor that treats his patients more ethically and considers their time is important as well. If I could give no stars, I would.

My daughter was treated at Halifax Health, and received excellent care. We took her in for an injury to her foot, th reported no break, but asked us to follow up with clinic. next day the clinic called, and said the doctor was too bu see my daughter, but it is broken and go to the walk in ar cast. They were so unprofessional, that I felt uneasy. I re a second opinion the next day from another local orthop and it was not broken at all! My daughter dances and Wc have been in a cast for weeks, and missed her recital the has worked for hard for... Their negligence is unaccepta my opinion, I would never use this facility.
