Had the worst experience here yesterday. Two of the employees were talking away while I was trying to look at their body sprays. They both watched me trying to see in there then proceeded with their conversation. Didn’t care to move away for me or anything. I walked off and decided I didn’t want to fight my way in just to look at body sprays. My husband was busy purchasing our other items and while he did that we had our two boys with us who of course were curious about everything. My two year old wanted to check out all the sparkly smelly items they had out as “try me’s”. I did my best to divert him. I get it kids can be annoying at times or however you want to describe it. As we were leaving my husband caught one of the employees who was chit chatting away at the body sprays pretend to kick my two year old as we were walking away. He told me as we were outside the store. I was so upset and wish I would have gone back in to confront her. He’s just a kid. I love lush but please train your staff a bit better. They should have their conversations elsewhere so people can shop and don’t be so rude to children. They’re just curious little humans trying to explore.
