Dr is super nice and everyone is extremely professional and kind. Hardly a wait to be seen, not crowded, and refreshments too! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to renew or obtain a new certification! Thank You!

$70 for renewal
2/200.00 is just the appointment cost, each individual will need to send a 40.00 money order to the state with the paperwork
These people are very reasonable I think my renewal was 70$, but to start ur license it a little more somewhere between 90$-120$ that pays for the doctor to do his job. Then the lovely lady's up front will put all ur paper in a envelope and now u put a additional 60$ for the license to the state and if u have a caregiver it's another 25$ for him in with ur paper work. I hope this answers ur questions.
MMJ Certifications unfortunately does not offer e-filing. Absolutely the 2 for 200 is good for more than 2 people. Just make sure to let the ladies at the office know you all came in together.
Hello, and if you bring your denial paperwork with you back to our office we will get it refiled for you with no additional charges. Hope this answers your question and have a great day.
You have to see the doctor to determine that. Do you have medical problems that would allow you to get one
About 100, dont pay over 140 total. The state needs 40 after the approval. Have them package for you and make sure to redo the paperwork if you even write one letter off. Especially on your personal information. It will make your waiting period short as it possibly can be. If you're in southwest michigan I can potentially point you to a good caregiver who should be willing to cover future renewals. Atleast I have for my patients for some 5yrs. Most will.
Anyone, no matter of age, can get a (PID) personal identification card from the secretary of state. Check their website michigan.gov/sos for the requirements.
I would take that up with the state of michigan. We only deal with certification
There are some rec shops but the truth is they are very unreasonable in ever aspects. I u have a legit reason for needing a med card then get it will diffently pay off in the long haul.
I'm not shure if they do it for that any more best way to find out would be look up the local laws on it but idk if they do it for depression and stuff any more do to the fact they say that weed causes depression and anxiety but it's worth looking and easy to obtain
Greetings from MMJ Certifications! Unfortunately anxiety itself is not a qualifying condition. Feel free to visit our website: www.grmaryj.com and check out our F.A.Q section. We have a complete list of qualifying conditions the state of Michigan can accept.
Yes extremely easy. You will need 5$ for them to make copies of your paper work and they will put them into a stamped envelope for you to send to the state. You must send those papers and 60$ to the state to receive your license. I did mine a month ago, only took 8 days to get it in the mail.
Hello Mr Jones. It's an easy going process to see if you qualify for the Michigan Medical Marijuana Card. MMJ Certifications would need to see a valid ID or driver's license for Michigan, medical records if you can bring them in, you'll save a few bucks. We can see you if you don't have medical records as well. Feel free to call us anytime 8am-8pm for questions, scheduling or pricing. Or visit www.grmaryj.com! Hope this helps and you have an excellent evening!
The $60 state fee is a separate payment not required at the time of your appointment but must be sent out with your paperwork to the state of Michigan.
Yes the copy of your ID should of been sent in with the forms.. They had everything prepared in a envelope.
No you just get your medical card through there
It took a really long time they told me it would take 10 business days and I ended up waiting about 4 or 5 weeks...
You should have documentation from your doctor with what you need a card for. Also it costs around $ 90 to be seen and $60 money order to be sent to the state for the card. Also its cash only.
An I.D. Cash and medical records if u have them
95 with med records 130 without
