Yes extremely easy. You will need 5$ for them to make copies of your paper work and they will put them into a stamped envelope for you to send to the state. You must send those papers and 60$ to the state to receive your license. I did mine a month ago, only took 8 days to get it in the mail.

That's correct. It's VERY easy. You'll get papers from them you have to send to the board with 60 bucks if you'll have no care giver. It's 85 if you do plan to have a care giver. Your care giver has to send some stuff in with your papers too. If you have any Mistakes they will deny you.
