I've had some good massages here, but the customer service along with other locations seriously declined over the past couple of years. And Massage Envy as a whole is unfortunately another corporation that has unexpected red tape/fees/etc.. I think the money would be much better spent supporting local wellness businesses and therapists.

Scheduled a massage three months out and then they change the time probably thinking I won’t notice. Horrible service and still charged for a no show even though they changed the time. Do not sign up. Everyone I know is trying to use theirs up just to get out of this place. For the same price you can got to a day spa with spa like amenities. Receptionists are rude. Managers never work so you can’t fix their error.

I'm paying for a service that I can't get. Whenever I try to schedule an appointment they don't have anything. Last time I tried to freeze my account and the doors were locked at 1 in the afternoon. Then I had to call two times no answer. But they continually charge me For services that They are unable and unwilling to provide. I'm livid. If I had a way to get a refund For all of the sessions that I have prepaid for And will probably never receive I totally would and would be done with them. I also recently found out That One of their massage therapist that I had had contact with a day earlier tested positive for covid but they failed to disclose that.

Every session (whether massage or facial) includes 10 minutes for consultation, undressing and redressing (i.e. a 60-minute session includes 50 minutes hands-on, a 90-minute session includes 80 minutes hands-on, etc.)
