I usually order on line and pick up and it's very quick. The staff is friendly and work fast which is a plus in the morning when you're trying to get in and out and back on the road to work. I wish the pre-made bakers dozen boxes came with everything bagels then those grab and go boxes would be perfect! I haven't been able to modify those in the app, even if it's for an extra charge. Anyway, this place is great and so are the bagels!

I placed an order for Lox & Bagel sandwich on a toasted Everything bagel. The clerk must have bad ears and I got it non-tiasted with only cream cheese and one slice of lox. Why am I missing the other items that make a lox & bagel sandwich!! I won't be going back to this place!!
