I was supposed to have someone come to my house yesterday afternoon and there was a no-show and no phone calls back to me. I called several times the company and still no key tech showed. Then I was told I would have someone come this morning at 9 AM. Someone finally came at 11:15 and because of this mess the company said they would give me 10% off of the total price. The man I spoke to on the phone quoted me $200 this morning to replace my car key (which was the fourth key tech that was suppose to come over) and I was understood I would get the 10% off. The company did not honor the 10% , I wasted yesterday afternoon waiting for a key tech to show in addition the 2 1/2 hours this morning. I would not recommend this company’s service unless you have 24hrs to wait on a misquoted price.

You call asking for a quote, they say $29 just to come plus the service cost. You ask what the service cost will be. They say $19-200. You ask for a more specific estimate bc thats absurd. They say they will connect you with the local locksmith to give you a free estimate over the phone. The locksmith calls you that he is on his way and you will owe him $29 when he arrives. This is such a bizzare way of doing business, is it not?
