I have a package that has been stuck here since early March and hasn’t moved since. I’ve tried calling them, and no one is in office until July. Ridiculous and lousy service.

TRUCKERS don't take this. I arrived and was put to the dock. Trucks rolling out left and right. I asked why my truck isn't touched they said shift change. So apparently they do t have to work the last 45 minutes of their shift. Forget this place

Package has abruptly stopped since November 30 on a two day priority no updates no nothing, went to my local post office they just threw there hands up in the air like just wait it will get there and said we are short staff playing the COVID card again. FYI THIS IS ABOUT TO START ALL OVER AGAIN..I’m very concerned about my package at this place based clearly on there reviews. I’d be embarrassed working here. Whoever’s running this distribution centers need to needs to be removed.

A package was sent to me Express and took 2 days to cross the country from WA to MA. Once it got to this place it has been there with no updates and nothing happening for 3 days and counting. This place is horrible. Same issue everyone else had with this place. My package is in limbo here were otherwise it was doing great.
