Disappointed with this facility. I rented a 5x10 unit in early January. Price was $76/month. 3 months later was notified by mail that the rent was increasing to $137.00/month. Contract says "As part of your agreement to rent, you may have received an initial rental discount. Your monthly rental charge is ___$76____ as compared to the suggested rental rate of _$137______ for your storage unit. No mention of when/if this meant an increase would occur. Should I have asked what "Initial" meant? Yup. Would I have gone elsewhere had I understood the rent for a 5 x 10 unit would increase so quickly to $137? You bet.

The man who runs this place is an absolute delight. I could not be more pleased with my experience. I opened my unit but didn't move in right away and he called to check if I had any questions. Kind and warm. Unit space was clean and easy to access.
