My mom loves this place, and I have to say, I do too! Even though menchies is closer and I'd totally go there out of convenience, my mom insists on coming here. And I get why! This place is so well maintained. You can tell that employees make the rounds quite often to make sure that the cups are stocked and stacked nicely, there's no trash in random places, all the stations are cleaned, no yogurt is dripping or anything, and all the toppings are well maintained as well. My mom loves your loyalty program and it makes being a repeat customer a total joy.
