I previously left a post a negative post, regarding the laser hair removal in my experience that was definitely not a good one. I am re-writing my review because the office manager reached out to me to apologize and make it right. after looking at the other reviews today about the laser hair removal I can see I’m not the only one that had a rough time but wow did they go out of their way to fix the situation. The new girl that does laser there definitely knows how to use the machine from what I can tell so far she seems very knowledgeable and seems very meticulous about taking her time and doing a great job her name is Sarah. These things can happen at any company you go to and I think what really counts is how the solution is brought forth. I have not been in for a very long time prior to this so they could’ve easily let it go but instead reached out to make it right. This is a business that really cares about their clients. I will give you an update after I get the laser hair removal completed and we’ll see but it turns out! Danielle

I would put zero stars, but I'm not sure if zero stars get counted. I'm leaving this review in regards to the laser hair removal service with Utah Cosmetic Surgery. IT IS TERRIBLE!!! Do not use this business for your laser hair removal. They do not know how to use their machine. Your hair will not be removed. This was my first time having laser hair removal so as I got treatments I thought all was going well. I was amazed that I felt nothing while having the treatments done. I thought there would be some discomfort, but it felt like an ultrasound every time. There was no pain. I also had ZERO results. After 20+ treatments I have very little to show for them. I also had to constantly remind them where I was having laser hair removal done. I constantly told them that I felt nothing. That it felt like I was having an ultrasound. A wand moving on my skin with jelly on it. Weeks after weeks when I would say my hair growth was not any different I would be told that I'm getting good treatments. Finally on one of my last treatments the machine was "increased" and I actually think I may have had some results. When I started using Utah Cosmetic Surgery my laser hair removal deal was until my hair was gone. I checked this MANY times with them and then all of sudden this wasn't the case anymore. I was told I could pay maintenance price, but I was no where near being in maintenance. Anyway....super long story, but the gist is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for laser hair removal. They do not know what they doing with the machine, where you are having treatments done, and how much you have been charged or paid.

I just finished getting the skinpen treatment with Victoria, Master Esthetician. She did an amazing job. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about the service, as well as helpful to explain other skin options/ services. 10/10, I recommend.
