I’m sure the owner would love to know that the person answering the phone is very eager to throw away your business . Had a person come do measurements over a week ago and still do not have a quote for glass .I was told I would have it within a day or two it’s been 7 days . I called to check on the quote . I was told they still Don’t have the quote and I would have to wait . I asked when did they think they would have it considering they aren’t able to install for 4 weeks out I was told . I then said if it would not be soon I would have to get a quote from other companies. She then said go ahead they are very busy anyway. . I’m shocked at the response . Really bad response to a potential client . I was recommended to this company by a family member that used them . I would definitely not recommend at all . The lady answering the phones was really rude and basically said go elsewhere they are busy . I hope the owner reads this .

Have used them before with excellent/good to acceptably tolerable service. This time service is non existent. I paid $300 deposit on a window in December and cannot get the company to deliver it, respond to my messages or even answer the phone.

Too bad customer service is terrible. They do good job but lady front desk is so rude.

I used them for years. I ordered a glass table top for a patio coffee table. There are professional, very reasonable and do quality work.
