To start off, the people that are packing orders are super slow. Packing bags like if it was there own lunch and people walking around all sluggish. You can never blame the employees for this. It is always management for not telling them to pick up a bit or hiring faster and dedicated workers. Went here 3 or 4 times and each time I spent my whole entire lunch here.

I have given this location multiple chances in case my negative experiences were flukes. Too many by now to be a fluke. Anyone can make a mistake so I blame the owners and managers for not fixing it. You can correct an order at the drive up, correct it again at the pay window, and still be given an incorrect order. I've interacted with multiple employees so its not a person's problem. The location is bad; blame goes to owners and managers. I'm going to take a break from the Loma Linda McDonald's on Barton Rd for a long time.

Poor experience. They wouldn’t value a deal displayed through the app (buy 1 Big Mac get one other item free), they wouldn’t even try to scan it. Wouldn’t scan our app to get the points on a $25+ order. Didn’t give us any sauces for chicken nuggets, and the Big Mac had all the spread spilling out the side on 1/4 the surface. Pretty lame

Last Friday I ordered 11 filet-o-fish in the drive thru and to my surprise it was ready by the time I got to the window. The order was perfect. Really impressed with their quickness. Other locations should learn from them at this location because I have had smaller orders and the time to get it ready was twice as long.
