An affordable, quality place to stay. The pool was outstanding with a gorgeous glass enclosed view of the White Mountains. This property is close to I93 but is still in a country, quiet setting. A very short drive to Littleton for groceries and shopping, IF you must go, but also a great drive through the mountains. A phenomenal place to walk in nature, close to hiking, snowmobiling, not too far from skiing. The hotel was simple, clean, great cable, good pillows, bed n linens, great breakfast with ample hot n cold choices, as is typical of a good Best Western. They still had luggage racks in the room, yay! Our room had 2 queen beds, a microwave, small fridge, table with 2 chairs, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, closet for hanging clothes and drawers. Clean bathroom with ample towels, tp and tissue. Even a full mirror. A small lounging area near front desk, free coffee all day and a printer. Very safe, excellent parking. Covid precautions were in place. Would have liked the front desk to be a bit friendlier, but they were kind, courteous and patient. Much better than many other Best Westerns and hotels. Worth the price. Note: We went AFTER foliage season and BEFORE ski season so it wasn't mobbed with visitors and traffic. Also, the entire area is understaffed and struggling to keep employees, so pls be patient.

Positive: The staff was fast to help our needs. Breakfast was good. A/C was good. Very comfortable beds. Negative: We had to use LL floor for bathroom many times, toilet clogged, in our room. Plunger, snake and maintenence didn't help. Very inconvenient and only reimbursed $50. Not much considering our inconvenience. Otherwise, room was good. Staff excellent.

This was by far the worst hotel My family has ever stayed at. If I could give it zero stars I would. Upon check in we found a bloody article of clothing behind a chair. I got in contact with the Manager named Vin. This manager was terrible and should not be in this business. He told my family that if we are not happy we can leave. Did I mention he said this to a family with two small children and a dog during a snow storm on February school vacation. I contacted customer service hotline and they were no help in fact they said they can only give me 6,000 points which wont even cover a free night stay somewhere else. They did agree that the Manager is not what they strive for at Best Western and they were sorry for that . Stay far far away from this place and hotel brand far far away

Good stay. We only stayed one night. They let us have a late check out so we could use the pool. We got in too late the night before. The room were nice and well equipped. Staff was friendly and the breakfast had plenty of choose. Great location!!! The view from the pool was awesome.
