Terrible service. Made a reservation for a hitch install 2 weeks prior. The day before they cancel saying they don't do 3rd party hitch installs even though it is THE SAME part as they sell. Canceled with 1 day notice. Do not use this UHail site. Terrible service, unresponsive and highly unsympathetic.

We called U-Haul to confirm drop off of a car trailer. They said yes. We then called the location the day before (didn’t have to, but wanted to be nice and give a heads up) to double check - an associate said yes. We show up and the owner says he doesn’t take them and walks away from me within 5 seconds (literally). I was then told I had to drive to another location - costing me miles, gas money, and time. A real gong show with poor management.
