This is a corporate Taco Time store, not a franchise, and they are absolutely excellent in all facets - food quality, speedy service, great staff, clean. I always travel a little further to go to this location as I know I'll get what I ordered with no hassles as opposed to franchise locations which always present problems.

I enjoy the food here when I can get it, but of the last 5 times I've tried to get food during business hours I've found that nobody is working. There's been no indication that it is closed at the drive through ordering area and I feel like if there are challenges staffing you should at least have a way to put up a closed sign so people don't waste their time waiting to see if someone answers.
