Yesterday I went with my husband to change phones after more than 30 minutes they told us that we had to sign up to be attended to. We did so and very kindly Rony attended us, who had been working very early and had not been able to have lunch, he explains that Cindy, (a very arrogant young woman with a very bad character,) will finish serving us. She saw us and ignored us. He began to serve other customers and when we told him that he would please help us, he simply commented that he had another customer that we should wait for when I told him that we had arrived first that the man who was serving us answered with a lot of attitude and bad manners that we had to wait because she was not attending to us. People like CINDY should not work serving the public. very bad their treatment I do not recommend that T-MOBILE store

I gave it 5 stars Specifically for the excellent treatment of Anthony !! Because if it wasn't for him they wouldn't have attended me, if it wasn't for his EXCELLENT service I would have given the store 1 star!! THANKS ANTHONY!!

One of the worst services I have had in the USA, the person who attended me seemed to be very upset, I left there with no solution.
