I have been going here since I got married here in June 1979, which was then Valley View United Methodist Church. When it changed to COR in August 2019, I decided to stay as the church is made up of the people. Most of the people who were members of Valley View stayed as I did. It has great people as well as great programs.

This food pantry saved my life. They always invite me in with a smile, pray for me, and nourish my soul. I love everyone who volunteers. They never make me feel uncomfortable and always have the best, freshest, food. God continuously blesses me through this pantry. What a beautiful place of kindness and sharing of God's word.

I'll add to the comments about the professionalism and caring of the staff and members of this church. There are several campuses in the Kansas City metro area. This particular location has been providing a food pantry ministry for some time during the pandemic, and it is efficient and well run.
