If you want customer service go somewhere else! The gut with the hair and the lady that works here are both LAZY & HORRIBLE! They clearly don’t want to work! I asked for a box and advised I would pay he acted as if he didn’t want to give me a box & I asked to use their tape he didn’t want me to use it. Listen just close this store

I NEVER go to this UPS, and I NEVER will again!! The tall gentleman in the UPS store today, came out from the back like he had just woken up... But only AFTER I said hello loudly. His customer service was very subpar. So, if you want EXCELLENT customer service, visit my favorite UPS store at 11184 Antioch, OPKS 66210. It's not far from the other one at all.

I had an opportunity to deal with the manger, Radhika herself. She was super helpful. She helped me track my package for me because it was off tracked . Great customer service. I love dealing with other staffs too. I highly recommend this location.

I have been going to this store since it’s so close to my home. The folks here are amazing to say the least. The management is outstanding. Great customer service. Affordable rates. I appreciate them being nearby for me when in need.
