They take really good care of the animals in their care and really friendly and knowledgeable staff. They tend to be busy especially in the aquarium section so it's best to go off peak hours to buy fish or ask fish questions. Reptile and exotics supplies are a bit lacking but that's generally to be expected for a general pet store though they do have a pretty impressive variety of exotics for sale including snakes, geckos, chameleons, spiders, and various bugs including clean up crews.

Back in early February, my friend and I decided to make a trip to Denny's Pet World all the way from Silverdale just to take a look at what all was available. The store is very nice and well put together. All of the birds, rabbits, hamsters, fish, and reptiles looked very healthy and active. Little did I know that after having spent almost an hour contemplating buying a snake, I would end up going home with one! I've had my corn snake for roughly 3 months now and I'm happy to report that she's doing great. The staff was extremely knowledgeable at answering all of my questions. I would most definitely recommend Denny's 👌🏼

This was my first time visiting Denny's Pet World and I wasn't disappointed! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, the animals there are well taken care of, and it's a VERY clean store. I wish I would have caught this guys name, he has glasses and is in the fish area, but he was AWESOME! He answered all my questions about getting algae off my tank and what snails to get for a cleaner tank. Great place, will definitely be going back!

Good selection of fish and aquarium supplies but terrible service. There are about 4 people working the fish room and they helped every customer but me. After 20 minutes of waiting to be helped I just left. That’s about the time all the staff just started bantering and talking shop. I really wanted to grab some plants and a showstopper fish for my 55g. I’m on my way to Aquarium Co Op now.

They do, but you should call to see if they have the variety you're looking for!
One of the better fish rooms in the area
Lately the birds have been green and pastel cheek conjures, cockatiels, parakeets, canaries, and finches. I asked last I visited, and their bird inventory has been very low because their breeder is on vacation. They should have some in soonish, but it also depends on the weather because that supplier lives in Spokane, if I remember correctly. I think it's worth the wait though, because their conures are the sweetest little things.
I don't know exactly, I could have sworn that I've seen reptiles, like geckos. as for what kind I'm not certain. They take pretty good care of of their animals
No, sorry.
I didn't see any when i was there 2 days ago. You can call them and ask if they can order one for you.
They have marble and koi bettas, along with standard veiltail.
They have Guinea pigs for sale, cats to adopt and work with several rescues to adopt dogs. They have supplies for all of these pets.
Call them...I don't have an answer.
Yes they do check the fish room
Unfortunately not at this time. Hopefully soon!
They do however they are having troubles getting them in store currently so I would call and check to see if any came in this week.
Yes. They were selling mice. But don't know currently they have stock.
I was a customer I don't know that you can call them and ask them. They're very friendly and helpful
I think they do they have a room that is all about fish
Hi Jen Yes! We sell Rats! We try to always have them on hand. Availability changes daily so it's best to call the shop. Thanks, John
I saw two there about a week ago
Nope I have fish and man they are hard to walk lol
No. I'm sorry we do not carry Hognose.
Im frequent customer. All i can say is the reptiles they have are the reptiles they have, as far as ive seen they havent, but because there stock changes they could have one at some point. The best thing to do is to call and ask of they have them and if they dont, ask if they are expecting to get any in the near future. You could always order on online, usually companies like joshesfrogs.com are pretty reliable.
Yes they do. They are just hard to come. When they are in store they aren't there for long. Call and you can get yourself put on a wait list.
I not exactly sure but they have always been very helpful with my returns. Give them a call or bring in the product and they will usually replace it or help you repair it. My tank heater for my aquarium broke and I brought it in and they replaced it immediately with one on the Shelf.
Hi this is Denny's Pet World. We don't sell ferrets. we would suggest going to the Washington Ferret Rescue and Shelter. In Kirkland.
Nope, there's a cat rescue as well as birds, bunnies, fish, and reptiles. There are a lot of animal shelters with dogs on the Eastside, though!
They do offer small animal boarding for reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs and other caged pets. They are kept in an staff only area away from the public in a calmer space.
I would just call Denny's and ask if they have any available or can order them.
Why don't u just give them a call. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable 🤗
I've never seen a baby rabbit there, but it could be a possibility that they sell them. You should also try the rabbit rescue place in Lake Forest Park.
They often do have one or two of the bearded dragon's. It would be best to call in and ask if you are looking to buy one though as the inventory for animals is a little tricky. Being based on the creatures health and age rather than just if they have them or not.
They do!
Their supply of rats depends what the breeders have available. They do have rats, guinnea pigs, hamsters.
Call to confirm
Yes they carry hamsters, supply varies. They have a wide variety of aquariums from small and inexpensive to big and fancy.
Yes. They have cockatiels, caiques, Amazons, conures and Quakers .
They sell them. You'll have to call to find out what they have in inventory. I think it varies some.
I know they have Indonesians wich I need to know the price of and soon
Yes, they carry otocinclus, but they need to be in a heated aquarium and wouldn't do well in an axolotl aquarium.
Yes, but we do not currently have any.
All of the before mentioned, and an occasional parrot not in the conure group.
Call the store to ask.
Denny’s has sold bunnies for decades. Who are you Michael?
Denny's does sell crickets, for about half of the big chain store price.
Yes, last I visited, they had Amano shrimp, cherries, and blues.
They have all sizes you can think of even the 1-2 ft mutants.
Yes they have some budgies on the wall next to reptiles. They also have some other types of birds.
Yes they do, one of the guys on staff has experience bringing them as well.
Captive-bred
I haven't seen sugar gliders there before, but I'd recommend calling. It's a popular place, and they cycle through animals quickly.
We do sell them when we can get them. Unfortunately, we are out of them at this time. John
