Been a member for YEARS. It’s gone downhill, hard… The customer Svc is alright but they never have answers for issues such as ACH transfers from employers to our accounts. I have a pay stub and no deposit even showed. This institution has finally wowed me with one last fail. I’ll be taking my business to a real bank.

I have given them two shots at having my business. Once for simple account, and then again for a trust account. Hell not earning it because you walk in and give it to them. Their internal policies are just plain silly dumb. Simply opening a checking savings account they want to run a hard credit check! For what purpose! To ding my credit for you to open an account and not have a lone of credit!? “It for identification purposes.” That’s what my ID is for! Steer clear of this institution.
