13 year Girl Scout leader. I have visited dozens upon dozens of GS Council shops all over the country. GS of Utah was the worst for customer service. Staff member watched my daughter and I come in the store. She never greeted nor made eye contact with us. She went about her business and sat at her desk in the office. Came out of office. Grabbed some items, dismissed us again, then made a phone call. We stood at the counter to pay, and it took her several minutes to look up and ask if we were done. We paid for our items and she said nothing to us. Didn’t thank us, etc. My daughter and I were mortified.
