They rarely answer the phone. It's very difficult when you are required to go to a class and don't receive a link. You are instructed to call if you don't get the link but you cannot get them to answer. Also I have gone in several times requesting to speak with my PO and she is not there at that time. They say they will have her call me when she is available but since the time we met I have not received a call back after several requests for her to contact me. It's been over a month now with radio silence.

Only reason I give 2 stars is because my counselors are AWESOME pat and Raquel are amazing people and I love doing their class. But ACES themselves are horrible. Trying to tell me I missed a drug test when I've called every single day as ordered and the dude who did my evaluation isn't reliable. I've sent multiple emails to him with no reply. This place is so unprofessional they were sopened to my court today and didn't even show up. Don't make the same mistake me and everyone else leaving reviews did and go through somewhere else!
